Simple file policy

Clear expectations protect every project.

Customers are responsible for file rights. Questionable, unsafe, or unsuitable files may be refused.

Quotes are estimates until file review. Payment is required before printing begins.

Printing failures caused by our equipment or resin will be reprinted. Bad files may require repair or an added fee.

No refunds after printing begins unless the issue was caused by Desert Dragon Minis.

Resin prints and fragile details can be damaged in delivery or shipping despite careful packaging.

Prints are not for food-safe, heat-exposed, medical, industrial, load-bearing, or safety-critical use.
